In March, I became intrigued about the healthcare program during World War I because of this pyjama-uniform worn by convalescent soldiers. The healthcare to me didn't receive the praise I was hoping.
Why this wasn't taught to school children?
This lead me to both write and illustrate a pop-up book reaching children ages 10-12. I aim to journey them through the poem about the uniform to take away as common knowledge.
